Blister-Free Protection When Breaking In Boots
This blister prevention tape is perfect for breaking in boots, with strips that are easy to apply and then stay in place for days without shifting. The adhesive is strong but still comfortable to remove, and the tape is thin enough that it does not affect shoe fit or comfort while effectively preventing blisters.

Sticks well and prevents blisters.
It helps to prevent blisters on my toes. It sticks well. A little too well that leaves that sticky reside on my toenails. It’s better to stick well than not so it’s a good thing. It’s meant for the bottom of your foot but I use it in other parts of my feet. I cut it in half sometimes to do that. Worked out great so far.

Must have for hiking med kit!
Threw these into my hiking med kit as I’d be hiking roughly 50 miles over the course of a few days and a blister would ruin everything. Sure enough, I’d end up using them! They come in little mouth guard looking case rolled into a ball. They were big enough to cover the blister I was getting on my big toe and worked great in that I had no pain. While mine stayed on the entire time, my friends did not. She had one on her heel which fell off after a long 16 mile day hike. Durability would be so so with that being said. Overall though, great value for the money as a blister can ruin a great hiking trip!

Has potential, but on first use / application it wasn't what I hoped for.
I will have to update this review later as I use the tape more, but my first impression is "so-so". It's supposed to protect your skin by providing a different surface for your shoe to rub against so you don't get a blister. I already have a blister. I attempted to use this over the top of KT's blister pads so I could get back into my soccer cleats and keep on running / playing. Result was not great. The blister pads don't hold up to physical activity. The height of the blister pads is the same as the width of these blister tape sections. Thus the tape really only held at either end. Laterally it was good. Vertically it had no chance of holding the blister pad in place and doing its job as a new contact surface. In the end it wound up rolled up inside my sock doing nothing. It and the blister pad came off. Once the blister heals up I'll try these strips alone to see if it prevents further development of blisters. If so, my rating will go up. For now I question the strength of the adhesive and how well it holds up to the force you see in the heel of a soccer cleat as you stop, start, turn, cut, and kick. Edit: I have now used the strips by themselves and it's better. I was playing soccer last night, using the same boots which caused the blister the first time around. The KT strip performed well. When applied to dry, clean skin it adheres and seems to stay in place. I'm a bit older and out of shape so I can't say I'm running, stopping, cutting, and kicking as hard as I would have 20 years ago, but the tape was still in place after 2 hours of running around. I could feel the heel cup on the new cleats rubbing, but only the top edge of the tape started to roll up (maybe a few millimeters). There was no new blister at the end of the day. I'll keep using the strips until I feel the cleats are broken in well enough.

Best product for long walking
If I could rate these 100/10 I would. So amazing for long Disney days!! They DO NOT BUDGE! I use moleskin too and the issue with moleskin is it’s so thick that it begins to move throughout a long walking day. This stuff does not move!!! I have repurchased twice and will never leave it at home for any long walking trips!!! It works phenomenal!

Thin, but works.
This tape does it’s job, but in my experience it doesn’t last long. I prefer leukotape, and in terms of durability and thickness, my experience has been exponentially better. The nice thing about this tape is it comes with a small and light waterproof case. It’s easy to throw in a pack, and stays dry and clean. This is perfect for day hike or light overnight. But if looking for blister solutions for longer thru hikes, I would recommend looking elsewhere! I used this tape while hunting. Temps were warm and terrain was steep - this led to some sweat inside of boots and lots of side hilling. While the tape did okay on flats with some sweat, when the foot/boots were facing torque side hilling, the tape would peel up and stick to my socks. This is my experience- the tape may be great at lower temps and less challenging terrain.

Not As Great As Anticipated
These are a great size, and I like that they're pre-cut in a roll in a handy plastic case. I got them for blister prevention since I know my water shoes tend to rub on the back of my heels. The strips went on securely at first, but as soon as they got wet they started to peel up at the ends. They just weren't as durable as I'd hoped (and as I've experienced with other similar products). I ended up having to put on new strips every day because they weren't durable enough to stay on longer than that. Disappointing, and makes these a not so great value.

Amazing!!!
I tried the Dr. Scholls blister "preventers". Those are junk. Too small and fall off. These are great! I got new work boots that were causing a blister on the back of my heel. Put these on and kept the blister from forming until my boots broke in! They last about 3 days until they start to peel off. They are good sized, so i was even able to cut them in half. Great product! Highly recommend.

I suffer terribly from heel blisters when I wear sneakers, no matter what I wear or what I do......this pre-cut tape has solved the problem, along with some great new socks I bought on Amazon too. I walked two hours today and not a single hint of a blister forming on either foot. Highly recommend and will definitely buy again!
