My ankles are so skinny. Effective after 1 cup, but it’s better if you drink it everyday. I make 6 bags at once and put some honey in it while it’s hot and put it in the fridge.The flavor is unique and addictive. It’s a different flavor but pleasant and refreshing.

Happy i found this product. I saw results on my feet and ankle swelling in a week. Taste is pleasant so i don’t mind drinking it daily.I was prescribed a water pill which works but such a hassle to be going back and forth to relieve myself plus i get dehydrated during the day. I stopped taking when swelling was gone but the next day i see fluid build up again.I tried the miracle balm applying it in the AM and PM just after i stopped the pills. The third day, my feet and ankles were just swollen even more. So i stopped. I’ve tried compression socks as well. I sleep with my legs elevated but they were just a temporary fix.I am going to continue drinking the tea as even when i am standing for hours, i do not feel my ankles tighten the end of my work day. I do not feel dehydrated and it does cleanse and detox. Goodbye constipation.

This tea is actually really good which surprised me since I don't typically enjoy drinking teas but lately, I've been felling bloated and just blah, i spoke to my friend about it and she my suggested I buy this tea. I will typically drink it mid-day before or at night. I can tell it's working i no longer get extremely bloated and I've actually lost some weight which is an added bonus.

This product actually tastes good. The combination of herbs and the hint of mint blend well. You don't need a sweetener. It helped with the lymph fluid within a few days. Highly recommend.

The tea shows caffeine free on box, but the one I received says it contains caffeine! Unable to return, get refund or replacement!!!
