PERFET, ALWAYS GOOD QUALITY, LIGHT WEIGHT AND DURABLE

I've owned several pairs of Terrex GTX boots over the last 6-7 years. They always fit to size and hold up pretty well. I bought a pair of these when my AX3s were looking a little long in the tooth and liked them well enough that I bought a second pair to rotate between. My only long term complaint with Terrex boots is that I would like the soles to last longer.

I’m not an avid hiker but wanted these as I have pins in each hip and hiking in sneakers wasn’t sufficient. These were great in helping me keep my balance on the trail and provide the support I need. They are pretty lightweight and well made. My hips didn’t hurt like they normally do after a hike and they didn’t require “breaking them in”. Great and more stylish than other brands. Definitely recommend!

Only wore once to get the feel of them. My intent for these shoes is to use them for snowshoeing because they are water proof. But, no snow here yet!Very comfortable and stylish. Looks like a hiking shoe should look!Only concern is that the sole isn’t as aggressive as I like but using for snowshoeing and traction doesn’t really come from the boot.

I bought these for delivering packages for FedEx. They are very lightweight, which is a huge plus. They still don’t leak, and they’ve been assaulted by mud and a level of fine powdery dirt that most will never see. The only downside has turned out to be the sole, although it’s not the shoe’s fault. The continental rubber is excellent, very grippy. They are made for hiking, not walking on concrete and asphalt all day, so the softer rubber wears down. Mine are smooth now, but still have good grip on hard surfaces. I’ll probably buy another pair for my next delivery shoes.

Comfortable and the traction is top notch. I don’t jog in them on hikes but didn’t mind it compared to other high top hiking shoes.
