I especially like them for their clean inactive ingredients. I've been taking the Berberine as directed for 12 months now with a 3 month break in-between each six month period. It has lowered my A1c and cholesterol levels significantly and in just the last 6 months, I have lost 20 lbs. It depresses my appetite and removes sugar cravings. I have not experienced any side effects, no stomach upset. I have taken it both with food and without. No problems. I will keep taking it. The benefit makes it worth the cost.

Sports research brand is high quality i have different sports research product from fish oil astaxantin vit d3, lutein etc. I tried there berberine cause my research say it helps to loss weight but when i take it specialy if u eat only few carbs u will feel hypoglycemia, i get really dizzy and i have a bad history of hypoglycemia already so i think i will stop taking for a while and mybe only take it on a high carb day

I think this actually works- lost 4 pounds in 2 months! Will see if it helps either my blood test next month

These were recommended by my doctor. I have not noticed any difference since taking them for three months. None of my test results have changed either so I’m not sure what they’re doing, but hopefully something.
