These tuna-based meals can be eaten at room temperature or you can heat them in a microwave (just follow the instructions on the back). One bowl is enough for my lunch, but my husband eats 2 bowls.

I really liked the taste of this, tasted like homemade food to me! Beware: when you open it, it doesn’t look very appetizing. It’s all brown and looks like upscale dog food where you can see veggies. It doesn’t smell bad though and it tastes wonderful! It’s too small, so -1 star and not worth $2.99. It’s in an approximately 3” in diameter microwavable cup and includes a cute foldable fork. It would be great on the go, like a work lunch or a road trip. I recommend adding ingredients to it, if eating at home, like extra pasta, tuna, beans or vegetables to make it a bigger portion.

Very good, unless you eat it too often. Like any other food, you can tire of it after a while.

Would actually taste better with a little less salt in it and the sodium is too high. I probably won’t be buying it again, but I may just keep it for a pinch because it’s pretty good cold If you don’t mind that odd rice texture. Would probably be greatly appreciated if you had one of these in your glove compartment and got stuck in a snowstorm or the like.

Dry tuna. Mushy vegetables. Very mushy pasta. All made for a undelightful meal. Too bad ots a 6 pack and unreturnable under Amazon rules. I'll donate them.

This would definitely come in handy if your power goes out. They taste pretty good, I ordered three boxes for 4 bowls come in each box.

I love these instant meals. The carb count is low enough and the flavor is good. Always in my pantry.Fills me up.

I like it. Eat hot or cold. It is a little dry, which I attribute to the brown rice. Definitely has some spice. Doesnt have a strong tuna taste, but I can tell there is tuna. No tuna aroma that I can tell. Works nice over salad or added to a wrap. Fine for consumption direct from container.Addition of spork is nice. However, the hinge on the spork sometimes folds as I am digging in flinging food at me. Maybe stab the food a bit with other end before using the spork end to loosen it all up. Or use a real utensil.I PREFER Wild Planet for a juicy texture and ultra fresh taste, but I think Bumble Bee has done a good job with theirs. The use of brown rice really gives it a filling feel. I like options for quick meals, and I especially like keeping things on hand for emergencies or other situations where/when it might be hard to pull a meal together. I would absolutely consider this again.
