I love vernier gauges. I think I might have a condition! I have to say that these ones in particular really do exude quality and feel great. There's no play in the adjustment mechanism and the gauge holds exactly where you move it to and gives you pin point accuracy through the digital read out. You'll be wandering around your shed just measuring stuff! No? Okay, that's just me then o.O

I will give this a 3 star as I have a Mitutoyo which are a little bit dearer but quality is twice as good

Similar to many other digital vernier callipers, easy to read and use. What sets this one apart is the ability to show the inch fractions. Giving inches as decimals doesn't really help anyone as they will want the inch / fraction measurement if they are working in inches, so this is the perfect solution.Reading fractions from a mechanical calliper is also not the easiest thing for those of us used to working in metricQuality is good, if not perfect, the edges are quite sharp. The plastic box feels a bit brittle but the foam insert holds the calliper perfectly and it doesn't rattle around. The screen is big and easy to read, the auto power off means you won't need the 2nd battery they deliver with it quite so soon.It suits my needs perfectly.

Il calibro è preciso nelle misurazioni però come qualità dei materiali pensavo meglio. La scorrevolezza non è fluida e le plastiche utilizzate sono di bassa qualità. Mi meraviglio di ParkTool poiché adopera solo materiali di altissima qualità, invece qui si è data al risparmio. Però per uso amatoriale va bene.
