My house is very hot and humid and my wardrobe always smelled of mould. Since the dehumidifier has been put in, the air in the bedroom is also very fresh. We don't always stay home and when the dehumidifier fills up with water it automatically shuts off. I am happy to share my experience with this excellent product. Noise level (5/5): I was worried that the dehumidifier would be very noisy as I have a serious sleep disorder. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet operation of the BIZEWO dehumidifier. Although the fan makes a slight humming sound, it doesn't cause any dry disturbance to my normal life, which really suits my needs compared to the dehumidifier I bought before. Features (5/5):BIZEWO's dehumidifier has very good features. It meets all my needs for a dehumidifier. The dehumidifier has a timer function, so when I need to go on a business trip or holiday, I can set the dehumidifier to the timer I want and I can make a good prediction when the dehumidifier will run to the humidity I want and turn off automatically. Next is the ambient light and I can turn it off anytime when I feel tried and need to rest immediately. In addition to this, this dehumidifier has a defrost function, which I have not felt yet, because my machine has never been iced. IT'S AWESOME!!! I can't say enough good things about this Dehumidifier. I really like this dehumidifier. It works so well for my laundry room in my basement. I am so pleased for the cost. Best part is that my clothes no longer get a musky smell because of moisture in the room! The design is both sleek and practical. I am very impressed with how well this dehumidifier works. The tank builds up in about 4-5 days and if it gets full to the top it shuts off so I never have to worry. The dehumidifier is very easy to use. I just plug it in and turn it, and it does the rest. It's also very quiet, so I can leave it running all night without any disturbance. Overall, this dehumidifier has improved my home's comfort, reduced musty odors, and helped prevent mold growth. It's a fantastic addition to any household, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of effective humidity control. I might buy another one for my living room.

This a great honest compayny that honors its warranty with speed and no questions asked. The product works great and does what it is supposed to. Very quiet and easing to use. I had a problem with the unit extracting water from the air, but it is being used constantly. They quickly replaced the unit when I made them aware of the problem.

Believe the one stars! I have a 10-year old Westinghouse (inexpensive) unit at home in Florida that removes quarts of water per day. I bought this small model for a one bedroom guest apartment; it does absolutely nothing.

Works way better than I thought it would! Best dehumidifier I’ve ever used. It’s so quiet too! It’s a pretty large dehumidifier for the counter top, but the design is sleek so it blends into anything you’d have around it.

Worked great at first but now 11 months in and unit stopped working about a month ago. Have tried everything to get it to work to no avail. All of the operating functions are working but no water is being collected. UPDATE: The seller reached out to me in July asked for a video showing what the unit was doing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to provide the video. I had left the unit unplugged and was doing fall cleaning recently and I decided to plug it back in before I threw it away and it has now been working perfectly for the last week. So, I wanted the seller to know this and to give them a fair review as they did try to make it right for me.

It can barely dehumidify a 4x8 space and the humidity still refuses to go below 75%. I wouldn’t waste my time buying this again it’s better to just save and get something a little more expensive with better quality, this does not dehumidify

These work pretty well. Use in our bathroom. Gets a lot of moisture out. No mildew growth since we started using these in the summer.

Seller does not include AU power point adapter and the product is useless until I go and buy one myself.
