It was used by someone.
It had oil all over the pillow. They sent a used one to me. Although the pillow is so good, that's why I've placed a replacement. Guys, don't send used things to new customers that way you are just ruining your brand image.

Relax butterfly memory foam pillow
The media could not be loaded. I am undergoing tremendous cervical pain at the moment have been using relax pillow since 3 days now and when I sleep on it I wake up feeling much better and ease of pain that has reduced while I am asleep the pillow helps a lot with mantain posture and balance very good I am sure I shall heal soon and get good sleep too don’t think just buy it’s for good health
