Good price, but more dried out than I wanted. The recipe called for "plump" vanilla beans and these did not fit that description, so they were more difficult to slit open to scrape out. But they certainly smelled potent, and they seemed to do a decent job flavoring the panna cotta.

I was very excited to get these and make homemade vanilla. When I received them they were very dry and 10 beans only weighed .56oz. I wasn't even able to split half of them to expose the caviar because they were so incredibly dry and just snapped and broke into pieces.

High quality! Absolutely perfect for making vanilla, vanilla/sugar. Delivered earlier then expected no problems with delivery everything is fantastic!
