Works great
Using this to split a standard motherboard USB3 header into two, with a USB-C front IO adapter attached. It works and lets me connect both standard USB3(A) and USB-C connectors.

Perfect
Obviously a niche buy, but if this is needed for your case? It's the perfect product

Convenient extension if you have a need. It is for me.
I found the pins on the motherboard connection can accidently get bent so this extension allows you to leave it on the motherboard. My case has two USB 3 cables. My motherboard has two USB ports but one of them was too close to a fan, so this connection saved the day.

Works as designed
I had no problem integrating this splitter in my personal comp. Working fine and seems to be good quality

Works great, but just a bit of a short cord.
Cord worked for what I needed, but was a little short.

Perfect for my Corsair 6500 Case With Tuf Gaming Motherboard
My Corsair 6500 case has a bunch of USB inputs on the top, and I needed more than just the standard single header that my motherboard had. This header splitter worked great and I have no issues with any of the ports on the case.

Did not work very well
The sockets that accept connectors are very shallow and won't hold onto inserted connectors. Similarly for the male connector being too short to be held reliably by the mainboard socket. I wasted my money on this.

Made it easier to connect cable that barely made it to the socket on the board.
It would have been nicer if they had an option for the two sockets to be able to be moved apart. Other than that it is working fine.
