First aid essentials
Stops wound sticking to dressing, as the professionals use

They do the job they're supposed to
These were recommended by someone in the medical profession and they are really good. I wish I'd bought a slightly bigger size though.

Wouldn't be Without These
A great addition to the first aid box. These are padded, non-adhesive foam dressings. They are expensive, but well worth it. I gashed my lower leg on a shovel, and I put an iodine patch to prevent infection over the wound, then I put on an Activheal dressing, then I put a larger Mepore (adhesive) dressing over the top to secure the Activheal. I gashed my other leg on the dishwasher and a combination of these worked and it healed up well.

REALLY GOOD PADDING
These foam dressings are excellent padding for cuts etc. They are easy to use and reduce discomfort of walking on damaged foot.
