My Pellet Grill did not come with any kind of cord management system, so this was a necessity. At first I disliked how weak the magnet was. This wasn't a deal breaker as I could just buy a small neodymium magnet and then this thing would be rock solid. However I quickly learned that this works best if you actually remove and hold it while wrapping your cord. Then you get a nice tight wrap like in the picture. The magent is still strong enough to secure it at that point. I'm sure glad I figured this out before I went to the extra expense. This is an essential add-on and one I would recommend.

This is the accessory I wish I would have bought sooner. Works great at keeping the cord stored after use. The magnetic works great, no issues with it sticking to the Traeger.

Living in the Northeast, you sometimes need to worry about critters getting into your appliances. I had a plastic cover previously that I had issues with and one day forgot it was in place, melting it. This prompted me to purchase a metal one. The quality of this little cap is great, as it appears well painted and will last a long time. The appearance though, could be a little brighter (orange or red), so it’s noticeable while it’s in place and less likely to forget about it, although with it being metal, it’s not likely to warp or break. The fit is ideal, as it has a strong magnet to keep your grease bucket it place while not it in use and keeps the cover in place to keep the pellet grill clean and rodent free!
