I try to take these drops almost every day. The flavor is quite strong so I put these drops down the back of my throat instead of under the tongue. Recommend refrigeration for best flavor - this stuff is tart if you aren’t expecting it!

This is a great product. Comes verry quickly and tastes good. Not that happy on the price as it is the same as the original vendor has it. But if you have prime, its less then paying for shipping with the original vendor. would reccommend.

Did not see any improvement in health by using this product , the taste is very tarte as well not to my liking .

I took the entire bottle as directed...actually I kept the liquid under my tongue for at least 30 seconds to help it absorb better. I couldn't do it any longer because it tastes really bad...like sour and tart but not in a fun way...more in a moldy "I just ate a raspberry that rolled under the bed a month ago" way. I can deal with bad tastes but it did nothing for me...at all, even a little. I don't expect miracles but for the price and nasty taste I was hoping for a little something!
