Great different strengths, long lasting stress/strength balls
I'm really happy with the quality of these strength/stress balls. They have stood up well to many months of daily use. The black is really quite firm, the blue gets most use and the red is great for a gentler option. The blue fabric has gone a little bobbly but is still perfectly useable.The only negative is that the seams don't stretch so you have to avoid squeezing that bit or it digs in your fingers slightly. Not a huge problem and probably unavoidable.

Worth the money.
Very hard to explain but they a squidgy and form at the same time. Enjoy using these and they are covered in a fabric which is nice to touch. Good quality product and bi faults so far they are very effective using a stress ball or to increase your grip.Easy to use and very fun have

Amazing for rehab on muscular injury. Great for stress relief
I purchased these as a means of rehabilitation following a muscle injury and found they were incredibly effective at strengthening my muscle again.Each stress ball has a different level of resistance and firmness and the product information picture on Amazon shows which is which ( didn’t appear to be listed on the instructions inside the box)These are suitable to most adult or larger sized hands to ensure a good grip.I really liked these and compared to other products of a similar nature, these are excellent value for money

Strength not marked on balls
The stress balls are different soft/hardness, but this is not marked on the balls or box/paper work inside, which would be very helpful for those with weaked hands.They are pleasant feeling, and just the right size
