Very good but a little fatty
Just like the title says, taste is great but I'm worried about consuming too much fat from the sauce. But all similar sauces are kind of like that so I won't hold it against it. Heat is ok, I'm not really eating too much spicy stuff after I burnt the roof of my mouth a few times. I'm experimenting with trying it on store bought sushi, whereas I used to get sriracha mayo. It doesn't quite work but I can always use soy sauce instead. The value is decent, like I said, before I would get spicy mayo, and this seems like a little better value for the bottle size. I might end up using less too, maybe it's just my imagination

Bold, smoky, and versatile—a must-try for spice lovers!
I recently tried the Tari Peruvian Red Pepper Hot Sauce and it has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. Made with spicy and smoky Aji Rocoto peppers, this sauce delivers bold, authentic flavor that elevates almost any dish. Here’s my full review: **Flavor Profile:** The Aji Rocoto peppers give this sauce a perfect balance of heat and smokiness. It’s spicy without being overwhelming, and the rich, slightly sweet undertones make it incredibly versatile. The depth of flavor is impressive—it’s not just about heat; there’s a satisfying complexity that lingers pleasantly on the palate. **Versatility:** This is truly an “everything sauce.” I’ve used it on burgers, tacos, eggs, grilled chicken, and even pizza. It adds the perfect kick to any meal without overpowering the original flavors. It also works great as a dipping sauce or a marinade, making it a must-have for anyone who loves experimenting in the kitchen. **Heat Level:** The spice level is medium to hot, which makes it approachable for most spice lovers. It’s hot enough to satisfy, but not so intense that it ruins your meal. The smokiness mellows the heat, making it enjoyable with every bite. **Consistency & Packaging:** The sauce has a smooth, pourable consistency that makes it easy to control the amount you use. The 11.8 fl. oz. bottle is generous and designed well, allowing for easy storage and pouring. Plus, the vibrant red color looks fantastic on the plate! **Value for Money:** For the quality and quantity, this sauce is well worth the price. The authentic Peruvian flavors combined with the versatility make it a standout product in the crowded hot sauce market. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while. **Overall Impressions:** The **Tari Peruvian Red Pepper Hot Sauce** is a game-changer for anyone who loves adding bold flavor and spice to their meals. Its perfect balance of smokiness, heat, and versatility makes it an essential addition to your pantry. Whether you’re cooking or just adding a finishing touch, this sauce delivers every time. **Rating: 5/5** Bold, smoky, and versatile—a must-try for spice lovers!

Great sauce. I love aji amarillo sauce it's so mild and full of flavor. It's my #2 favorite. Sir Kensington aji amarillo is #1 and #3 is Goya. These are great on tacos ,Mexican rice, anything Mexican! Bonus tip: amazing on steak chalupas from taco bell haha sorry about my video the door kept closing on me. Average price for this sauce. It's not cheap but value for the money it's good. Would buy again

Not Very Spicy or Smoky and Why isn’t the Bottle full?
The taste is okay - nothing spectacular, I imagined it would have more ‘smoky’ taste The worst part is the bottle that looks like someone has already been using it - why isn’t it full to the top? If it hadn’t been sealed I’d have sent it straight back - it’s very unappealing

Nice hot sauce with creamy smoky heat
This hot sauce is delicious and has a hint of smoky flavor and a nice heat to it. It can be used on so many things like french fries, etc. I love it!

Wasn’t a fan of this flavor
Amount/quality etc was good, I just personally was not a huge fan of the flavor. Was hoping it would be a way to keep aji verde (like you get from Peruvian restaurants) on hand at home but that was not what this tasted like

CLOSE TO EXPIRING BOTTLE
Less than 120 days before product expires. Hot sauce expiration is much longer so I'd have to guess its an older bottle.
