This works great! I slice a full 3.5lb bottom round into 4 steaks they fit in there great but plenty of room for air to circulate. I enjoy my biltong on the rare to medium rare side so about 72hours is perfect. I wish you could set the timer for longer, it goes 24 hours max so you have to reset it every day. My biltong comes out of it perfectly every time.

Great machine. My first attempt at biltong went really well. Its quiet, the temperature appeared to be accurate and it's attractive. Price point was pretty good to. I cant wait until my next batch!

The unit was shipped very professional. I bought the black unit and it's very well made. This will be perfect for the normal homeowner who wants to make Billtong or any other type of meat. My hunting buddies are on notice to bring me deer, elk, bison. I want to throw some fresh salmon in it as well. Excited to get started.

When I plugged in the appliance, I got shocked by the unit and it tripped my circuit breaker. Does not appear as though quality control is effective. Waiting on a replacement. Wasting $50 worth of meat.
