This was a replacement basket for my Breville Bambino. Unfortunately, my old basket kept falling out when I tried to empty the puck into the knock box so I ordered this as a replacement and it works perfectly. If you need a new basket, this is the one to buy.

The filter baskets sizing is off. They do not fit the portafilter well, are slightly oversized and requires a lot of effort to insert and a screwdriver to pry it loose. I have to slap the filter in and can't remove it without the screwdriver.Aside from the sizing quality, it otherwise performs as well as the Breville factory filters. I can't recommend these though due the effort required to use them. Returning them isn't worth the hassle and I can hope (furtively) continued use will eventually break them in.

This 54mm filter basket fits the Breville Bambino well and I would say it's pretty close to a direct replacement for the stock basket. Other baskets I own are slightly larger in capacity and the sides are more straight than the stock one. The difference usually amounts to a 2-3gram difference in capacity. The tapered sides of this and the stock basket does change the way espress comes out of the machine. I've gone back and forth between baskets and I find the tapered ones simply work better for the Bambino. There's a lot less spraying. I can't guarantee this will be the case for other machines.Aside from that, the quality isn't too distinguishable from any of the other 5-6 baskets I have in this size. I'd probably buy it again if I ever needed a replacement for the stock basket.

This is exactly what I was hoping for. It is practically identical to the original single-wall, double-shot filter basket that came with my Breville Barista Pro. Other filter baskets I have tried did not flow identically to the factory one which would mean I have to have two different bean setups based on what basket I was using. Not so with this one. It looks and functions identically to the factory basket, including and especially, the flow rate.Highly recommended if you are looking for something that mimics the factory filter basket.

The basket does not curve enough at the bottom to fit the stock Breville Bambino Plus portafilter.
