Delivery was on schedule. The packaging was very good. The directions were clear and trlied on drfawings more than descriptive text. Serup went without surprises or difficulty. I did use a battery powered driver rather than an original cordless screwdriver. all arts were there and there were a few extra screws which is a good thing. Connected the tank and tried each burner in sequence. The one on the far right didn't light so I lit it with a match to br sure it was getting gas. After that it dunctioned normally with all sparkers working. The only issue, not a problem, was feeding the flex tubing out to supply gas to the fifth burner. It is rether stiff so exercise care in ,anipulating it. Otherwise it was a straightforward project. Now all I just have to do is season the griddle and I'm all set to go.

This grill was bought few weeks ago. It is easy to assembled following informatic instruction and included tools. It has been used for serval times and I am very satisfied. It heats up quickly and evenly, no hot spots and flare-ups. I used it for chicken wings, racks of rib, steaks, burgers, veggies etc. and all come out perfectly every time. What really sets it apart is the side burner and the grease trey. The side burner is super convenient for sautéing onions and peppers, boiling corn, or heating sauces while the main grill is in use. The grease trey is easy to put out and it was tilted to make grease collection more efficient and completed. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves grilling.

This is fantastic product with good looks and stability. The price is affordable and better than other stores. It's very easy to get it shipped from Amazon. Installation was not hard and could be done easily with the manual. There is a compartment to store the gas cylinder below the burner. Also lot of space to have the grilling utensils. The side burner is added feature which makes it more easier for the proper cooking. The flame goes high and very easy to clean as well. The grilling plates are solid and can be cleaned easily as well. I am starting to enjoy my grill when the weather is good.

Absolutely steer clear of this brand and this grill. After a very long process to assemble the grill, it only has worked one time since I purchased it several months ago. Each time you turn the grill on, the flame is either at a dangerously high level and cannot be adjusted down, or is at a low level and not even hot enough to grill. I have tried changing out the propane tank twice and have cleaned the grill so there was no excess grease anywhere, but nothing has worked. This grill is both dangerous and useless! Do not buy!!

We normally buy more expensive, larger stainless steel grills. We recently downsized our home and decided to get a smaller grill. For what it is I suppose it's fine, but it has some drawbacks to consider.The cast iron grills, even after curing are rough and tend to stick to meats. We miss having ceramic-coated grills or smoother cast iron. It's easy enough to change them out but that is an added expense.The included solid grill is once but it has a pattern on it to make grill marks making it unusable for times when you need a smooth flat grilling area.Some steps in the instructions were missing but easy to figure out.No hooks other than hang tongs or cleaning brush, adding magnetic hooks worked perfectly and better than some grills provided hooks.The smaller grilling surface is fine most of the time for the two of us, but if we have friends or family over, the smaller surface will be inadequate compared to most standard-sized grills. If you have limited space or only need a smaller grill it's perfect for that.It's a little shaky, I fear I will break or bend the grill hood, if I open it handed it bends and shakes and you can't move the grill around (which we do) without feeling like you're going to break off the side shelves or the top door handle. If you are careful and hold on to two separate areas then it moves just fine.One thing we did not expect, but was a pleasant surprise in the smaller grill, shorter cover, and closer distance to the grill from the top makes it heat faster and get hotter than many larger and more expensive grills. This is a big plus, saves fuel, and lets you cook at a higher heat level faster than many larger grills. It also means getting a nice crispy bark or edge on meats and fish as restaurants do is a fairly easy process.Extra tip:There is no rotisserie accessory from the manufacturer and since most universal rotisserie kits are made for larger grills than this model many will not fit even though they are adjustable. Be sure to measure your grill and buy a rotisserie made for a smaller grill.

However, beginners should exercise caution when adjusting the heat and may want to start on the lowest setting.

My husband loved this. He couldn’t wait to cook on it.

The temperatures of the five burners can be adjusted independently, which is very convenient.
