This herb helped with body aches and pain as well as my seasonal upper & lower redoiratory allergies.

I haven't noticed a difference though I might just not be responding to this specific herb. This is a good brand. The product is well packaged & comes as you'd expect.

i take testosterone shots, which, will cause enlarged prostate as a side effect, and its a noticeable one too.so i recently looked into any herbs that might help, bought this and several others, as i was already taking high dose Saw Palmetto, which didnt seem to help, or help much on its own.so i got this and TWO others, and i take 2 or 3 of my herbs for prostate health, daily.it HAS helped, i am only into these for a 2nd week, so it might be a case of it just takes time to work more.i can say i can feel a slight improvement, and ANY "herbal" improvement to me, is a good one, that keeps me off prescription drugs.so i can recommend this DID help for me, as my issue is a side effect of Testosterone shots i take monthly.guys--if you have ANY pain on urination, you should see a Dr.. this isnt a medical treatment for infection, cancer, or serious condition.. just to help your prostate be in a bit better health, and, hopefully, reduce swelling even a small mount.

Capsules look ok,and are easy to swallow.

This product was “touted” as a natural remedy for helping liver function, or to help with a variety of health issues. After a month of use I personally didn’t see any benefits.

Works well and helps me physically.
