I got these because I had been having issues with urgency, and I mean very suddenly needing to urinate. 0-60 in 3 seconds. Intense. I did start drinking some more juice, particularly cranberry. I lessened my coffee intake slightly and started these at around the same time. So, given that, I can't say exactly what benefitted me the most or at all, but I must say that this is a very overlooked part of overall health and while the supplement can be slightly difficult to swallow, they aren't nearly as bad as some, and certainly it cannot be a bad thing to get more supplements to promote healthy bladder support.

This supplement is not easy to review. If you are unfamiliar with the ingredients do your research and consult your doctor. I use this to keep my liver, gallbladder and urinary tract in the best condition I am able. This contains synergistic ingredients so it's good to keep these systems tuned up.

I found that consuming these with food helps with the taste of the “supplement” burps. This one has an exceptional afternote, so I would try to get something in your stomach before taking them. Everything was sealed nicely, feels like a quality product, so overall the price seems fair.
