Lights up don't heat up
The one I got didn't work and when I was sent a replacement it didn't work either

This does NOT make water hot! But good for an outdoor rinse.
This is perfect for a warm outdoor shower when you can only use a plug in. This unit will raise the temperature of the water up to 20 degrees, but only on warmer days. This will not produce hot water. I use it for rinsing outside after the beach. I will be replacing it when I get an electrical line put in so I can have HOT water.

Not usable on 110v despite plug.
On 110v these draw 32 amps, more than double the typical 110v outlet found in US homes and that comes included with the unit. This draws more current than an electric car charger. This is really designed to run on 230v electrical found outside the USA. It is misleading and dangerous they advertise 110v and include a standard American 110v/15 amp plug for a unit that draws more than double that current i.e. 32amps. Will continuously trip your breaker and risk a fire. There is no way to turn down the wattage/current to be usable with the included plug and standard US wiring. I should have done the electrical calculations based off of the wattage. If you don't mind hiring an electrician to running a special high current circuit to whatever sink you want to use this for a couple thousand dollars it may work. Too good to be true - isn't - as usual...

This doesn’t take long to get warm and works really good on our bidet
We put this little water heater on our bidet, and it works very accurately. It doesn’t take very long to warm.

Works as described
The media could not be loaded. Easy install heats the water nicely. Water heater on the other side of house take awhile to get hot water this just makes it faster

Didn't work
Had plumber hook up and unit didn't work properly. Heated up put wasn't strong enough to push the water out the faucet. Spend the extra money on a better one.

needs 10 gauge wire to use, and a 30amp breaker, and 30amp plug.
This thing takes about 28amps to run. All plugs and switches are 15=20 amp max. Even though this runs on 120v, there is no line in your home that can handle the amp load of this machine. You "WILL" have to install 10 gauge wire, and run a 30 amp breaker for it. To give an example of how much power that really is. a Typical RV, runs the entire unit, with everything running, AC, refrigerator, lights, TV, PC, chargers, whatever you can plug in, all under 30 amps. so 28amps is quiet a lot of electricity.
