I lack D3 because of thyroid problems and this 5000 dose is great for me, added to that it has a nice taste. I will continue to buy this product if my next blood results show that it works.

I don't go out a lot and don't drink much milk or consume many dairy products, so got these to make sure I had enough Vitamin D, but I'm not exactly sure if it's necessary. I don't feel any different after taking them, and I'm not sure if you're supposed to; I don't know how Vitamin D is supposed to work or what it really even does, but I assume that taking these is giving me all the required Vitamin D that I need and that it works fine, so I have no issues with it. No side-effects or anything like that, so I would say go for these if you need more Vitamin D.
