I have used regular pull box for all my cameras in my life. This is the first time i use a box like this. I figure i will give it a try. As other reviews mentioned, the holes on this box is not standard hole size. 1/2" pipe is too small and 3/4" pipe is too big. There is no thread for the holes. You need to use a 1/2" water tight connector to connect the 1/2" conduit but then the water tight nut will not fit into the box because the opening it too close to the edge. So you need to use regular lock nut to lock the connector.The overall size is like the regular round box but a bit shorter. I suspect the cover will fit on a regular box with the mounting holes are align but I didn't try it.You will need some 6-32 screws to mount the camera. I used 3/8" long and seems to be right length for reolink camera.It fits well for my reolink RLC-810A camera but will not fit the 12mp RLC-1224A because its mounting disc is way too big for the cover.The box comes with rubber gasket for the cover and seems to be good water tight. But for the back it gives a foam gasket. Being that the holes is bigger I would suggest to ditch that foam gasket and use silicone for the back hole.Overall I might not buy this box again because it will not fit American size conduit. I will give it a try to see if it will withstand the weather but I will change their box screws to stainless steel or galvanized.

The junction box was a little bit too thick for my install. I think It would be nice if they were to design a slimm line version of the same style boxes and offer a wider color spectrum.

I used these to install some Reolink RLC-810A cameras under my soffits. Using these makes for a much more clean installation, and I only need to drill holes big enough to fish out an unterminated CAT5e cable. Otherwise, I would have to drill a much larger hole to hide the big connectors. Also has the advantage of slightly lowering the camera under my soffits.The boxes are metal and feel high quality. Every opening has waterproofing, so I feel pretty safe that moisture and bugs will stay out.This universal box has many preset mounting holes for maximum compatibility. The RLC-810A mounts easily using the "B" pattern holes.These were also easy to paint to match the color of my gutters.

The product is very well constructed. However, the mounting accessories including the cover gasket is of low quality. I did not use them. Purchased mount accessories at the local Home Depot. Product was used to mount 8 OOSSXX cameras.

These boxes are very nice quality, hole plugs are not the greatest but work in most situations. This is NOT a sealed box; pay attention to what you need and where you are putting it. ALSO This does not match mounting holes for any of my Avalonix cameras!! I used these to protect the wire connections but had different mounts for the cameras, so they worked well for me but it is common for any brand box to not fit a camera. Hard to know until you buy everything. Hope this review helps.

this product is very good, solid metal case, easy to install.my problem was that I could read other users review stating this is good with Reolink cams. however, please not that Reolink RJ45 waterproof cover will not fit into this junction box as it is too long. I installed mine without the RJ45 waterproof cover but it is still sealed as expected

It's ok value for money, performs well, robust and fits well. Only issue I found is the rubber silicone seals keep popping out during fitting top plate, maybe add some glue to the base end of the rubber seal to keep it in place as it's not something that needs to come out for installation.

The back box feels and look nice and from reading people's reviews the holes should have lined up with the reolink d800 plate but sadly it doesn't. I have bought the reolink d800 in July 2023 so the plate might have changed. Sending them back for some plastic one which if the holes don't aline on them at least I can easily drill some screw in where I need them.
