Our son brought this door bell camera, and recommended it to us because it was also a great price, the only thing we didn’t realise you need to take up yearly subscription at a reasonable price to be able to check back what the camera as recorded,We found you don’t need to set it up on 2.4 you can set it on 5G WiFi and the battery only take around an hour to charge

Why did you choose this product over others?:I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent purchase I made — your , a video doorbell which I acquired in good faith based on the features promoted in your advertisement.Upon installing the product, I was surprised and frustrated to discover that access to video recordings — a fundamental feature — is locked behind an annual subscription of approximately £37. At no point during the purchase process was this cost made clear to me. This omission has left me feeling misled and, quite frankly, taken advantage of.I would not have made the purchase under these terms had I been properly informed. I believe it is entirely unreasonable that such a critical requirement is not transparently stated in the product listing. It is my expectation that companies dealing in security and smart technology should operate with integrity and full disclosure.While I do intend to keep the product — as I believe it offers some deterrence to potential intruders — I consider it only fair to expect a gesture of goodwill from your side, given that I was not clearly informed of the additional annual fee at the point of sale.I also urge you to revise your advertising materials to ensure that future customers are not similarly misinformed. A clear and upfront disclosure of all essential costs should be a standard practice.I look forward to your response and a fair resolution. Should this matter not be addressed appropriately, I am prepared to escalate the complaint to relevant consumer protection bodies.

Good product, very easy to set up and use daily. We charge ours once every 10 days so it holds charge well. Definitely recommend to others

Good video doorbell easy to set up connected straight away clear view of who’s at your door. Clear images also. Alert goes straight to your phone from app soon as someone rings the doorbell. Happy with purchase so far

Same price as a normal doorbell. Very clear and easy to setup. The human detection function works great. Night vision is also very clear. Not a huge amount of lag in video calls but expected with a product this price. Gives the added security for parcels etc. when I am at work. Battery life not amazing, could be because I live in a busy street with people walking past but fortunately does not take long to charge. Look into subscription for the cloud storage first!

This system works so well Its so easy to understand and he has the right timings on the video. I could not be more pleased with what I have been provided considering the price is so so accessible to most people.I 100% recommend this product. It’s absolutely the right size. It gives you the right notifications that you have the right piece of mind, honestly if you’re gonna invest your money by one of these.
