Yes it will. It's pretty comfortable but the sleeves did want to fall down a lot and that kind of got annoying but it wasn't terrible.

I wore it and im a woman. 5'4 150 lbs. It was large on me but worked just fine.

Q: What size is this item

I'm 5"10, 150 pounds (68kg) and it fit me perfectly. It's probably around MEDIUM. There's a risk the product might be broken though. I got mine already ripped when I opened the box.
