Magnesium Oil - Essence of Life Quality Brand - Made in USA

I suffered terrible muscle aches & pains after taking CIPRO. I put the Magnesium Oil on at night and heat with a moist heating pad and it really helps my muscles & joints. I also put it in the bathtube with some Epson salts. It's really not that greasy or oily, but I mostly use it at nighttime.

Not sure this does anything besides hydrating your skin. Plain Mineral Oil will do the same.

This oil is evaporated saltwater and contains salts besides magnesium, goes on oily but dries quickly, has a slight funky odor (wet dog hair?) on application but disappears right away. Unlike a competitor, the top is clever and doesn't fall off. It does act within 15 minutes but perhaps takes more to relax muscles, maybe because it has potassium salts and others as well. The funky odor is why only 3 stars.

This will absolutely relax you when you just put a small amount in a warm tub. It was recommended to me after a problematic surgery, and I used it for long enough to know that it made me feel better, absorption to increase levels of magnesium in the body, which many of us are missing.

This is an excellent product for muscle fatigue and soreness. I use this product after a great workout or a nice run. I normally would put this on after bathing and I would sleep like a baby. Great product!

I don't know how, but does seem stronger than swanson magnesium. Great topical lotion for aches and pains.
