Does the job
U may need to add more cable mounts the few I got only did half the length of 100 ft.Other than that it's nice that the port was colored. Should add different colors for thoses neat freaks.

Excellent cable
Durable, high speeds and flexible. Was able to hook this up as a temporary installment for a broken cable. Worked well

Durable, high quality, great for outdoors, easy to install
I ordered this Cat 8 Ethernet cable to replace an old Cat 5 that was falling apart. This was a welcome replacement. The outter insulation is a little thicker than expected and very durable and some of the best quality I have come across. Even though Cat 8 has thicker copper conductor pairs, I expected this cable to be much stiffer than it actually is, especially for overall being as thick as Coax RG6. There's nothing stiff about this cable, which makes it very easy to work with. Also, you can bend it into the shape that's needed and it will maintain that shape, which makes this great for outdoors and running along inside floor baseboards without the worry of cable protruding up and out. The connectors on each end are very good quality as well. There was a lot of quality control that went into the manufacturing process of this cable. Likewise, I will definitely be needing more of this in the future and will be ordering more from this seller in the future.Additionally, it comes with tack down clips. Wish it came with more clips for the length that you're receiving, but I'm not complaining.Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality, build and attention to the details that were put into making this cable. It was much easier to work with than I expected.

Another overkill cable that futureproofs your network connections
This is a substantial Ethernet cable that the industry hasn't quite kept up with yet. The 40gbit speeds are promising, but there are no 40gbit NICs yet that I've been able to find with RJ45 connectors (fiber and direct attach copper, sure). But I usually pick the cat8 cables for the sturdiness and futureproofing, because when a 40gig NIC comes out, I'll be getting two and want the performance they bring. For now, this cable served me well with gigabit Ethernet and 2.5 gigabit ethernet so far. I don't use a lot of 10GBase-T yet, but I'd definitely choose a high spec product like this for those use cases.

Great for security cameras or HDbaseT
First off the 40Gbps rating requires extremely expensive networking equipment that most people don't have, so don't expect this to be any faster than a normal Cat6 cable for home use. It won't make your games or downloads any faster and is thicker/bulkier than a typical Cat6 patch cord so I wouldn't recommend it for use as a general purpose networking cable unless you use 10GBaseT over a longer distance. This is a high quality outdoor rated cable. I like to use this style of cable for PoE camera wiring because I can run it similarly to coax. I cut off one end and then after running it through various holes I install a punchdown keystone jack on the other end. This will of course greatly compromise the 40Gbps rating but even 4K PoE cameras won't saturate a 100Mbps link (and the punchdown method trivially supports 1Gbps). The internal conductors are solid rather than stranded copper which makes them perfect for the punchdown. In its intact form it's a shielded twisted pair cable that works very well for things like HDbaseT over longer distances. The outer part of the RJ45 connector is metal and connected to the inner shield. There are mounting clips included but you don't have to use them.

Heavy duty jacket on USB cable very flexible
Cat 8 Ethernet Cable 50 ft, High-Speed Ethernet Network Cable Shielded SFTP Cat8 40Gbps 2000Mhz Internet Patch Cord & Gold Plated RJ45 Cable Outdoor Indoor, LAN Cable for Gaming/Router/Modem(15 Clips)The cable comes packaged in a present seal plastic bag. There's no retail printing on here other than the sticker for Amazon's folks. Inside the bag. Is the cable itself rolled up, and a handful of nail-type cable hold downs. It's nice that they included the hold-downs, so if you have to route your cable around things, you can nail it to your baseboard or whatever is convenient. The cable itself seems to be very sturdily made with a pretty heavy rubberized feeling jacket that is round. The ends appear to be crimped well, with a mirror finish to the connectors themselves and a heavy orange jacket on the connector for extra strength to the connection. I like the way this cable is constructed. It's heavy-duty and flexible, and with that extra heavy connectors, it seems to be fairly sturdy. I like that. It's flexible enough that you could bend it around obstacles to run it where you need to.

Extremely high quality
I purchased both an Amazon Basics 25' RJ45 Cat-6 cable and this Cat-8 50' cable. The Amazon Basics cable, for 50' length, would be less than one-third the cost, so I was curious what that extra money gets you.It gets you a lot. This Soibke cable is clearly much thicker. So much so that I measured it with digital calipers; you can see that in the photos. And the connectors are much higher quality, complete with gold metal where most cat-connectors are just clear plastic. The cable is amazing. Now, whether you will benefit is another question. My 2008 home came pre-wired with commodity CAT-5 cable, punched down. This is how it gets from the wiring closet to my den. I have gigabit (technically 940Mbps) GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) service, which inherently has some overhead. (Technically my MSS is quite a bit smaller than normal; hence the overhead.). Speedtest EVEN OVER THE 15-year old CAT5, going at least 50 feet, measures at 921Mbps. So I don't know that you NEED this super cable. But it really is super-cable.
