This little guy is great and has been helping with my pain for several weeks now. I love that it has 4 pads so I can do both of my shoulders or knees or a shoulder and knee at the same time. It's got a timer that shows how much time is left which you can easily change with a press of the button. It has lots of different settings so anyone can find a setting that works for them. It is rechargeable which is awesome, no batteries to buy frequently. I use mine almost daily. The charge lasts a long time too! I am not so sure I understand the EMS how it's different from a regular tens machine but whatever it is I am getting relief. Great little device, only thing I would change is to have like a clip on it so you don't have to carry it in your hand if you need to move. Other than that a good little device and the price isn't bad either.

I love that it comes in a hard case so I can keep everything together. I also really like that it comes with a bunch of different sized sticky pads to try out. I previously used a wireless one (hinge health) so wondered if this one having wires would bother me. Nope, no issues whatsoever. l and I actually like it better because the wireless one is really bulky so I always felt like I had a small turtle attached to me. This one is just the pads since it is wired so much easier for me to do other things while it is working. It's super easy to use and small enough to fit it in my pocket. My only pseudo complaint is I find the blue screen really bright and wish I could turn it down a bit. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the price and also that the replacement sticky pads are non-proprietary (unlike hinge), easy to find and low cost.

40 years ago my medically prescribed TENs unit cost $500 and it was twice as heavy and bulky with less performance options. The timers to turn off after a set time are great but for chronic pain we could also use a timer that repeats the program over and over automatically between off time intervals. At least it retains your chosen therapy mode but we still have to manually step up the intensity by hand, that's ten presses of the button for me. You can't hold down to scroll, must press the button each time.Lithium batteries have improved the utility and lowered the weight of these devices.This one has many different patterns for applying current, unfortunately the one I like is the last of 14 to select from. Rounded corners make this pocket friendly but a belt clip option would be nice, although you can adapt a cell phone belt case for this use.Battery life is great and can be extended for travel away from power sources by using a USB power pack.The electrode pads have also improved by leaps and bounds. I used to have to carry a tube of electrode gel, spare patches and adhesive squares to hold them on during activity, and these were not waterproof. I used to have to try to sleep with the wires still connected and tucked in my underwear, now the snaps are convenient and the pads can be re-used many times.Another example of how electronics prices have been dropping for consumers.IMPROVEMENT NEEDED - the battery must be accessible for replacement or end of life recycling. As it stands, we have to smash this thing open to get to the battery. I don't care how cheap it is, it must allow responsible recycling. Some day this will be law.

I bought this tens machine for the pain that I deal with daily which is excruciating in my upper back. It has sorta helped alleviate some of the pain not all of it. The effectives of the device is really good. The size is small but it bangs a mighty good punch. The design of the device is pretty easy to understand and use. From delivery I’ve only charged it once and the juice can last a week per charge depending how often you use it and how long you use the tens machine for. The value of the device is pretty cheap. I bought the machine for I think less than $30 it was well worth the money. The items the tens machine came with was a carrying case wires A and B 16 adhesive pads of various sizes. Overall I would recommend this tens machine to both family and friends.

This is a real upgrade from their old silver units. I went through three of the silver units between 2018 and 23. The unit feels like quality and works like a charm. The battery outlast the old unit by two times which is a plus. It’s not the most expensive on the market but for the money it’s well worth it.

This is every bit as good, if not better than the unit my insurance paid $850 for just ten years ago. It has numerous different programs that massage, stimulate, and impulse at different strengths, rates, and depths. This unit is amazing. Helps numb nerve pain from neuropathy and nerve damage. Helps soothe angry and irritated nerves. Numbs pain as it blocks pain impulses from reaching the brain. Love this unit.

This device is fantastic. With the two different channels, I can use it on both my lower back and upper back at the same time, each with its own power setting—which is super convenient. It’s easy to charge with USB-C, and the battery lasts a long time. Really happy with how effective and user-friendly it is. Highly recommend!
