Delicious need larger block for Holidays

This was a gift and they were very pleased and happy that the food was gluten free and healthy.

good cheese but slightly but price high

Really the only bad thing I can say about this cheese is that it is expensive to buy this way. Even when you buy a package deal with multiple varieties the price is a little high, although it is slightly cheaper when bought in bulk. I've had a few of the varieties including cheddar, sharp cheddar, and pepper jack types. They were all good. I'd like to try more flavors. The cheese is creamy and flavorful. You can tell it's real cheese and not all oil and whey fillers with cheese flavoring like some cheese on the market. I used most of this sharp cheddar block for cheese and crackers. Over the Holidays I had a cheese and cracker plate with a variety of crackers and cheeses as well as summer sausage. This cheese tasted great for that and it was also good on its own as cheese sticks.

Product delivered on time but was in a soft envelope and the cheese was soft and distorted and was not good cheddar. Not what I was expecting and I threw it away. I won't order again, don't bother replacing it. H A

A good, mild cheese. Nice to have it around for a snack. Goes well with pretzels or crackers. And it was a good price.
