I am so impressed with this. The app is actually usable and well thought out. It is part of an ecosystem of devices and is compatible with Samsung SmartThings. That means it might work with other home automation controllers.The lockbox itself is beefy and seems as it would repel most physical attacks. I have had it outside in the rain for a week and it is unscathed. One caution, like other fingerprint readers, it does not work well in the rain. If you do not have a code, shield the reader from the rain, dry it well, wait a moment and it should work.I enrolled a few fingerprints (thumbs and one finger on each hand) and six temp codes with no issue. The lock mechanism operates with codes, fingerprints or the app which allows great flexibility. I tried a shim attack against the lock but had no success.One odd feature is that, since it can be integrated into home automation controllers, one can unlock it and have the controller drive actions that unlock the doors or activate lights. This means you can use it to allow access to a home without actually having a key in the lock box.I love this because it does not look like an alarm keypad but will work like one. Pretty sneaky for an occupied home. You could place this on a fence or gate and have automation control locks and lights at a distance.For an empty home, you can place a key in the lockbox for physical access. I always caution against physical keys since they can be copied with just a photograph of the key.Two thumbs up! I will be looking at more home automation products from this company.

Required additional software to initially set-up. We couldn't figure out how to install this software because of the poor translation of the instructions into English.

There's a lot to like about this key lock box. I'm using it with a retail space that's under renovation. I have several people who need access to the space, so it's convenient to be able to assign separate passcodes to employees, contractors, painters, decorators, etc. Each entry is time stamped, so I can check who has been there and at what time. Battery life has been good, even when it's the box is being unlocked and locked multiple times per day.The overall construction is solid. It has a lot of weight to it. The U bar that hold the box to the door handle is strong, and it would take some effort to break it with bolt cutters, and a metal grinder could easily cut through it. The electronic locking mechanism on the box keeps it securely closed. It seals fairly tightly, so it would take a lot of effort to pry it open. I'm sure it would hold up well against hammer strikes.The only issue I ran into was the initial setup. The lock box struggled to pair with the phone app. The instructions weren't very helpful, as they indicated the device would automatically be detected, but instead, I had to select the lock box from a long list of devices. Also, the specific device wasn't listed. Fortunately, I selected a generic U lock item which happened to be correct. Even after connecting to the phone app and setting up the finger print reader and key code, it was still having trouble re-establish the blue tooth connection. However, after a day or two, it seemed to be resolved. As soon as I am within 10'-15', my phone connects with the lock box.

I really just needed a simple lock box option for our pet sitter, but I was intrigued by the many options this lock box offered. I had no problem initially setting up a code and it worked fine. For whatever reason, the code stopped working after a while and when I went in to set the same code up it said the code had already been activated and could not be set up again. So I just set up a new code and didn't have another problem come up. I set my fingerprint up, but I found that it did not consistently accept it (could have been user error), so I'll be sticking with the code. The option to unlock from your phone is limited to when you are near the lock box, so you can unlock it for someone while you're away. I wanted the black option so I selected that but noticed it showed a picture of the silver one when I did. I received the silver one in my order, so just make sure you go off of the image shown when selecting instead of what the option says.

I like this lock-box, it has some weight to it, and feels nice and sturdy. Actually making this lock-box work, you'll have a few options. Probably the easiest is downloading the Tuya Smart App. From this app, you can pair your mobile phone with to the lock-box. You can setup a temporary code unlocking system whereby for a limited time the lock-box will only accept a temporary code or a one-time code. Also, with the app it will allow you swipe left or right on you mobile phone to either lock/unlock the device. You can also use a fingerprint method that you can program where a fingerprint can unlock the device, (up to 50 fingerprints according to the instruction booklet) or program a pass code to unlock the device (up to 100 according to the instruction booklet).The instructions on how to do the setup I felt was straight forward and following everything was simple.The product description states the lock box is powered by a built-in 1200mAh lithium battery, with a normal standby time of more than 12 months. The supplied Type-C USB will allow you to charge the lock-box once the battery is close to losing it power or if the battery is depleted.The key lock box is made of zinc alloy with 7mm diameter locking arm, which is resistant to frost, scratches and violent cuts. Withstands strong impacts and drops and can still be used. With IP66 protection rating, it can still work under the environment of -20℃~60℃. (-4°F to 140°F).
