Very pretty, works very well, and opens a beer, what’s not to like!?
Firstly, let me say, this multi tool looks incredible! Sounds odd to focus on the aesthetics of a multi tool, but it really is a thing of beauty! The finish is high end - more so than any pictures could show.I bought this multi tool to replace one that was gifted to me from a friend when I started cycling, in comparison, it is a lot smaller and lighter - which is a good thing! It slips in my bag a lot easier due to its size, and is nearly 90g lighter (80g with the neoprene case), and as you know lighter make the ride easier!! This will also easily fit into a pocket due to its small size.I opted for the gold version as opposed to the black version, as it’s easier to locate when I need it, and if you’re stressing with a repair on a trail, or on the road, having an easy to locate multi tool takes a small bit of stress away.Onto the actual tools, it features 23 ‘tools’ ranging from things you’d normally see on multi tools such as a variety of hex keys (including a 3mm one on the removable chain tool to perform maintenance on the main body of the tool itself i.e. if the tools are too tight or too loose when trying to open them up, or if you need to lubricate and clean the tool, with this small foldable hex key, it means you don’t have to find another 3mm hex key as everything is already here - very clever design indeed!!), Philips and flat head screwdrivers, t25 & t10 torx screwdrivers, as well as a variety of spoke keys to tighten your spokes (I don’t even have one of these in my workshop, so this is a welcome bonus for a multi tool!).Not a unique feature, but it isn’t found on every multi tool you’ll come across, but this multi tool features a small (almost paper clip like) metal wire which is used to hold your chain in place whilst you repair it (otherwise known as a chain keeper) - much easier than getting a mate to hold it or a random stranger if you’re out on a solo ride and your chain malfunctions.Only after reading the instructions did I notice that the 10mm hex key is actually a cover and if you pop it off there’s an 8mm hex key underneath! After seeing the 8mm hex the side of the box and failing to see it, I thought I had been shortchanged, but is a great space saving idea!!With multi tools, the danger is if you buy cheap, this could cost more in the long run, I’d recommend spending a little more on a higher quality tool such as this one, rather than get a cheaper quality one that could damage the screws and bolts in your bike - resulting in more damage and a higher repair bill. One of the only issues with this multi tool is the the tyre lever is much too small, and too unforgiving as it’s made of metal - you don’t want this anywhere near carbon rims, and you’d be much better off using some larger plastic tyre levers instead. What would be really great here instead of a tyre lever, would be a really small knife, just in case you’re out on the trail and you’ve forgotten your dinner, so it would make hunting for your food a little easier - or for emergency use.Obviously with a multi tool, if it’s small and easily storable that’s great, but you can’t make it too small as you need to be able to use it effectively, if you remember GCSE physics this is where levers come into play. For me, the size is fine and gives adequate levers for my strength to tighten/loosen screws - for someone who may not have the strength I posses it could become a little difficult due to the shorter levers! Although, don’t worry, I’m more Joe Average than Hercules so it won’t apply to many people - and if you’re able to get out on your bike, I’m sure you will be able to muster more than enough strength to use this tool to the best of its ability!Potentially the best thing about this tool? After you’ve finished your ride, and you’ve just settled down to quench your thirst with a well earned beer or two - who wants a trip to the kitchen to get a bottle opener, or if you run into a disaster whereby your bartender has forgotten his bottle opener, you’ve got one on here - so sit back, relax and even if you’ve not had to use this to work on your bike, you may as well use it to open that sweet, refreshing nectar - although it goes without saying, drink responsibly!

A nice multi-tool
I bought this to replace one by another brand which had died. The bits are pretty snug in bolts and the tool as a whole is utterly solid, without any twisting when putting torque down. Unlike the tool it replaces (bought under emergency conditions) it's comfortable in use without any sharp edges or uncomfortable protrusions. It manages to include a chain tool without adding bulk. The tool must work reasonably well because, on my first ride with it, I leant it to someone who'd had an accident and they managed to shorten their chain at the roadside (while I scoffed some chips).Happy with this. Small enough and nice enough that I actually want to carry and use it (rather than throwing a couple of nicer Allen keys into a bar bag).

Comprehensive High Quality Multi-tool
A very capable multi tool and surprisingly small. Its gold finish adds some bling to repairs and adjustments. Be aware that it only has one small tyre lever which Topeak says is only for emergencies; so you will need to add tyre levers or equivalent to your tool kit to deal with punctures. This is a high quality multi tool, hence 5 stars.

Excellent for Trailside emergencies in general
Super light, and small. Some good tools, but the Allen keys are very short, so I really struggle with some jobs. Also managed to lose the bolt for the chain tool as it’s black and we were using it in the dark. Would be great if it was silver perhaps as I had to buy another🙄😁.

Beauty often comes in small packages
Superb tool. Design, quality and function are of the highest order. The sort of small tactile tool every small boy would love to get for Xmas. The bike tool equivalent of a Swiss Army Knife. There are actually 22 functions in all so that's 2 more than the manufacturer actually advertises. Well worth the RRP but at the price I paid, £21.50, it is a steal. Some critics have bemoaned the length of the Allen/Hex keys but at 2.5cms they are plenty long enough. The choice will always be between size and weight. So the hinged tools are as long as they need to be to do all the emergency jobs that may arise when you are out on the velocipede.Weighing in at 150gm, or 100gm with the chain break tool removed, the Mini 20 Pro, is a perfect size and weight for most weight weenies, especially those who need to pack everything short of a kitchen sink into their seat pack or jersey pocket to stop worrying. My only criticism is that the tool is marketed as Professional and nowadays most pro tools have a lifetime warranty but Topeak only give it 2 years. I've not marked it down because of this as it is such high quality I don't expect it to break ever.UPDATEMy Mini 20 Pro is now 6 years old and I've added a few photos of the condition it is in. Plus I've had a recent question about whether a pouch is included, and that prompted the update. The tool is still in perfect condition, though I can't say how often I've used it. Thankfully not very much. The pouch is showing some signs of wear but after 6 years of rattling around in a seat pack, I'd say it's doing a good job. I've noticed the price is now 30% higher than I paid and if I was buying one today that would definitely make me reconsider a purchase. If the warranty was extended to a lifetime I'd probably buy one.

Topeak? Toptool!
