Please be warned that what you see in the photo is not what you will receive. I have ordered this product twice, received cheap sponge type balls instead of heavy, fabric covered TP balls. After first fail Amazon customer services assured me I would be getting the correct product next time. Even though a Prime Member I have agreed to wait two weeks for the product. Turned out I have received the same product again. After an hour of haggling on chat with amazon and them saying that its not their fault and they cant do anything they have hesitantly offered an extension of my Prime membership for a month, and later switched it for a £5 credit. None of which is of use to me when I can't use the kit during a postural therapy course I study that I have already waited for for more than 2 weeks..After additional research on internet I have discovered that the producer has replaced the fabric balls with spongey ones in new kits produced in 2016. But Amazon did not tell me that. Because probably they did not know it either. Which does not reflect very well on them as a seller. However, it unfortunately should be expected. The bigger Amazon grows the more it will slack with Customer Service and service quality in general. Like every other mega retailer.So yes. if you expect spongey balls yes definitely buy this set but if you would like the fabric balls you can see in the picture you are considering wrong product.
