This is a very durable and nicely constructed pitching rubber made by Rawlings. It grips well to cleats and has a good feel. It comes with specific directions that guide you in how to properly bury the rubber and doesn't lead to players tripping or injury. I think it sticks out very well against the background of the mound and is easily visible to rest of the infield.
