My review is based off 5 plus weeks of use 3 times a week, I don't like to review anything unless its been a min of one month and/or 5 uses depending on how its used, lets face it most things seem good right when you get it, you want to know how its working over time.Box/Bag opening and initial thoughts-packaging is pretty sharp looking, says made in the USA in registered FDA facility-always a good thing. Label and instructions are pretty straight forward. Opening had vent foil top, foil was a little hard to get off as I could not get at it from the side, had to cut it then pull-open it at home first if your going to the gym with it. Has a scoop-which is always nice some don’t, but its super long for the container size, I like to put the scoop in the mix with the handle facing up so I can simply grab it and scoop out, not happening here-unless you dig down to the bottom-I cut it shorter. I would say the container is about 60% full-see pic, which I personally do not like-I get it they want you to feel like your getting more for your money or they use the container for lots of products (but its really just a disappointment when you open it like a kale smoothie instead of a fruit smoothie, but I rather have a container that’s easier to store and transport. Has a stay fresh square in it as pictured-some people don’t like those.Use -I hope you like lemonade, because when you open the package it hits you in the face with the smell, I tried mixing it with 8-10oz of water and man the taste was too strong for me, I mixed it with 16oz and then added some more water as I drank it, but I don’t drink much soda or flavored drinks, if you like a strong taste its defiantly there. This is the powder type of creatine so don’t sneeze, I almost always spill some somewhere, but it mixes well with cold water and dissolves generally well. I say about 90% dissolves with a good shake or couple of stirs with a spoon, for me I think 32oz for water is the right mixture for a scoop, if I am at home working out I just do half while working out and the other after after for recovery. I use it 3-4 times a week and find it to be good not great compared to others for creatine, where I think this shines is the electrolytes, its been helpful especially when doing cardio and runs. I think this makes a great summer mix for a run or biking when you really appreciate something with flavor.Final thoughts-I am sure you noticed I got this from Vine, because I write these awesome long reviews and take pics, as I too read reviews and use them to help me make decisions-hopefully you found my review helpful-now would I pay my hard earned side hustle, social monetization or 9 to 5er money for it-I defiantly would, I usually go for flavorless, but really enjoyed mixing it up with this, dosage is about what you expect in this price range. I always consider cost in my reviews and 4 stars is meets my expectation for price paid, I would recommend this to someone.I will update if I encounter any problems, keep on keeping on.

For working out there are a lot of different ways to add creatine or electrolytes to your recovery or daily routine. Like this combo for after a workout or just supplementing throughout the day (or adding to another lemon-lime type flavor drink or preworkout). Overall the flavor is quite strong which can be a bit much, but it is a nice flavor. Love the flexibility of using it and good solid blend of electrolytes.

What a great way to get my creatine- effective and delightfully flavored! This creatine performs very well with giving me the boost I need during workouts, also it helps to minimize the post-workout pain so yay for that!I love that it has electrolytes too- a welcome hydration booster!The servings per container is good, the price is good, the quality is good- good stuff all around!Very pleased with Forzagen CREA-Lade!

I don't think I've ever come across flavored creatine powder, but boy do I love this! The flavor is close to any lemon flavored sports drink you've had and if you think the taste is too strong, just add a bit more water. Now, what makes it different from other creatine powders? Besides just the flavor, it also has electrolytes to help you stay hydrated throughout your workout. So get your daily creatine with some added benefits too! Price for 35 servings is a little higher than normal, but not by much.

This drink is way too sweet. I imagine this powder is great for young active individuals. But the intense sweetness, from an artificial sweetener, might be a turn off for us mature active individuals.Don't get me wrong, this powder tastes okay. I indulge in a drink or two of it while munching on a salty snack. However, this drink isn't something I'll partake of everyday.
