Worked ok for a time but in the first six months replaced batteries ( as per the instructions on leaflet )and over the last three months has become increasingly more unreliable until it finally gave up working completely.Will source out something more in keeping with British standards of reliability having had a few Far Eastern electronic mishaps with no hope of return to sender.

Bought this to alert me if mum opened door as she suffers with dementia. Works great doing exactly what I wanted. Easy to install and set up. Would recommend. Had seen comments about range being a problem, my door is about 20m from the sender and through three walls but works fine. The volume settings are a huge bonus

Claimed connection range is extremely optimistic. Indoors the range is less than 20 ft on 1 alarm and less than 15 ft on the other! They are also often unreliable and do not function correctly at all. Strangely, the one nearest the door is the main culprit for this and thus is practically useless.Might work better in a bungalow, but I doubt it!

It was a bit finnicky to install on my UPVC door. Had to relocate the sensor a couple of times before I found that they work a lot better if the sensors are facing each other rather than side by side.But once I got it working, it was fine.

Easy to set up and use. Great for older lady who worries about door being opened without her knowledge.

Went on holiday just after I reseved it so didn't get a chance to set them up now back whent to install and do not work.Not very impressed as now I'm out of the returns window.Dissatisfied customer

Apart from the ghost pressing the doorbell once in a blue moonth this doorbell is working fine
