I’ve been taking Swanson PectiPure Modified Citrus Pectin (600mg capsules, 60 count) for about a month now, and I’m really happy with how it’s working for me! I started using it after reading about its benefits for gut and cellular health, especially with its high galacturonic acid content (82% minimum). I’ve been following a gut health doctor’s tip to pair it with “mag water” (magnesium hydroxide in carbonated water), and the combo has been fantastic. I take one capsule daily with my morning mag water, and it’s super easy to incorporate—no weird taste or aftertaste since it’s a capsule. Since starting, my digestion feels smoother, with less bloating and a more regular rhythm, which is a big deal for me. I also feel a bit more energized, like my body’s working better on a cellular level. The 60-capsule bottle is a great value, and I love that it’s a natural supplement with clean ingredients. So I recently received some info on the benefits of modified citrus pectin. I chose these because of the good reviews, the good reputation of this company and the low price. So far I am happy with my purchase. The pills are odorless and tasteless. I have been taking these for a month now with no side effects. Time will tell if they do what I hope they’re supposed to do.
