How do you store this product?

Please don't buy this product; I don't think they are from the legit timeless distributor, the last order that I made came with wrong vitamin c, cheap vitamin C. I'm very disappointed, and Amazon won't let me give a review.

Has anyone actually tested the PH level upon receipt of the product and if so what was the result?

I tested it with a strip AND an actual pH tester. The strip gave me a 5 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S730YWG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) , at which point I contacted the company and they told me that the strips are unreliable. They also sent me a screen shot of their own pH testing instrument with the 2.9 result. Then I purchased my own pH tester (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ESYG6KQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Then pH was 2.7. I have been using the serum for about 8 months now and like it a lot.

how much and how often should one apply this?

2-3 drops is all you need! Using more is not a benefit. This is because a little bit of vitamin C serum goes a long way: There’s a limit to how much vitamin C your skin can absorb in a day, so any extra product that you use will go to waste. Manufacturer says 2-3 drops. Can be applied 2x a day morning and night. Apply to cleaned and damp skin. Some dermatologists recommend applying a vitamin C serum in the morning in order to prevent damage from free radicals that can occur throughout the day. If you do choose to use your serum in the morning, you'll need to follow up with a layer of broad spectrum sunscreen, with an SPF of 30 or higher. if you have sensitive skin, you might want to steer clear of vitamin C serum during daytime hours. In some cases, higher concentrations of vitamin C could make sensitive skin more prone to irritation and sunburn. Using it at night helps the skin repair.

When the liquid becomes oxidized does it become ineffective?

No. It still works, it starts being ineffective when it gets to rusty- brown! Watch "hotandflashy" on YouTube at vit C serums, she explained there.

Great product, but it came oxydised.

If the serum is not clear in color - do not use it! It is not effective and will cause irritation.

Product arrived in an oxidised manner - unusable

The product came oxidised, it is supposed to be a clear / pale white liquid however the item received was an orange - brown colour liquid, meaning the formula was no more stable to be used. An absolute waste as I couldn’t even test the product. In cases of products like these which are highly active / potent, the least that the seller could do is make sure they are sending a relative fresh item to the customers. The longer the formula is left unopened, the more it is oxidised (which has happened in this case) and it is unacceptable that sellers are sending an unusable / defective item to the customers. Unfortunately when I opened the product, The return window was closed and I was unable to raise a return and refund request. Such a disappointment.

Compré este producto como uno de los dupes del CE Ferulic. La verdad hasta ahora funciona super, se absorbe muy rapido y la textura es agradable. Le da un brillo muy lindo a la piel. Comparando este producto con otras vitaminas C de precios similares este producto se siente mucho mas premium, y por ahora, siento que si puede ser un buen reemplazo del CE ferulic.

A good quality serum, that conveniently combines FERULUC acid & vitamin C in one sealed pump action bottle, so it’s perfect for travel. It gets very good independent reviews & is a reasonable price. The serum dries quickly, no sticky residue & is comfortable on my skin.

Not sure if it’s just the product I bought or if generally the packaging is terrible and doesn’t keep the product fresh. Disappointed that upon opening, the product is completely dark yellow…. You can see in the video. I will be seeking a refund.
