Great quality
This case may be a little bit pricey, but in this case at least, you get what you pay for. It's great quality, holds my ipad mini (in a case), notebook, pen, and room for a charger cord and wall plug. Bellroy is an excellent company that produces exceptional products. If your waffling on buying it, go ahead, you won't regret it.

the least thoughtful piece of fabric i've ever owned
The media could not be loaded. this folio APPEARS to be perfect. but actually using it? i feel insane. the pen holder blocks you from fully opening your notebook or writing on it, so you have to take anything out there. the ipad barely fits in it if it has even the slimmest case on. then you have to realize that you're not able to use the ipad and a notebook together in this thing. the folio does not fold flat so you're holding it down trying to write in it. i ended up going with a cheap folio i found in walmart that did the job 100% better than this. i've written bellroy multiple times for a refund and they refuse. you'd be better off going with another high end brand that they rip off of that i won't name so this doesn't look targeted. go with anyone but BELLROY

I’m hooked.
Oh bellroy, you d got me hooked. I own a bellroy tote bag, crossbody, backpack, toiletry bag, and duffel bag. I love their products and quality, and this is perfect for my iPad and kindle. Even fits my travel eye mask. 10/10 as usual.

Meh.
The notebook cover looks exactly like the pictures and has a high quality zipper. Unfortunately, that's pretty much the most I can say that is good about it. If you add an A5 sized notebook like you're supposed to, the product is extremely bulky. The material does not feel as expensive as it should for a product of this price. The gray is also not a flattering color. I honestly think that there are much more professional-looking products on the market that are sold at a much better price.
