I've given this 5 stars, as I was considering an expensive motor mover. Despite in contact with 2 UK companies, both were adamant there was no motor mover on the market for my Rapido Club 1998 caravan. This was due to the chassis being lower than the newer caravans on the market. However I did find two Reich motor movers suitable for my Rapido via searching the website, but none were currently in stock. Therefore I resorted to this motorised jockey wheel & to be brief I am very pleased with the power. My driveway has a slight incline, but so far this device pulled and pushed my caravan with real ease and there were no problems. I used a jump start 4000 battery to power the jockey wheel. The original Rapido jockey wheel clamp is also a nice fit. I'd certainly recommend, especially if you own a older caravan.

Terrible piece of equipment. Fitted it correctly and used it once on a trailer that weighs 250kg empty and it broke. Sent an email and received a message to take a video on you tube and then send it in for a replacement but no guarantee of getting my money back. If it doesn't work, it simply doesn't work. Not a happy customer!!!!

The Jokey wheel performed as expected but the clamp is about as useful as a candyfloss umbrella, It immediately bent out of shape and pulled away from the frame

Clamp is useless. Bends out of shape. the handle is also a bif naff due to the way it is shaped.

Very easy to fit although slightly heavy

Not easy to use, fails on very low gradients. Received partial refund but would not be taken back after we had tried several attempts.

Funciona muy bien , tiene fuerza, aunque no queráis que funcione en arena suelta , es lógico , pero por lo demás de maravilla

Grande potenza e robustezza

Hallo, die Rangierhilfe kam sehr schnell und richtig sicher verpackt bei mir zuhaus an. Das Gerät ist sehr stabil und alles zusammen gefällt mir sehr gut. Im Betrieb ist der Motor nicht zu laut,ist halt ein Elektromotor der viel Kraft aufbringen muss. Mein Motorradanhänger ( leer 250 Kg)mit 2 Motorrädern a 230 Kg drauf zieht er wunderbar dorthin wo ich es möchte. Besser geht es nicht wenn man so eine tolle Hilfe hat ist Mann froh sie zu haben. Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach von der Bewegungsstange aus. Wenn man den Schalter für vor/zurück losläst bremst das Rad von selbst ab. Es ist keine Bremse am Gerät zu betätigen. Die Zeit wo ich mich richtig abplagen musste ist jetzt vorbei. Jederzeit wieder. Wer nicht mehr schwer schieben möchte ...das ist das Richtige Gerät.Kann ich von meiner Seite aus sehr empfehlen.
