Men's Z-Trek Barefoot Hiking Sandals, Black, 6

This was the last pair in my size. I am a woman with very wide feet and frequently buy men’s 6 1/2 shoes. This was the last pair of men’s sandals in size 6 1/2. So I bought them. When they came, I am mediately started wearing them. I frequently wear them with my dresses. They are definitely barefoot/minimalist. I could feel every rock in the gravel driveway. But, they made me stand up straighter and made me take smaller steps, which is really healthy for me personally. It’s been a great introduction to barefoot shoes. I think I am hooked.

I've been wearing "barefoot shoes" since the Vibram 5 Fingers days (yeah, those creepy-looking toe shoes). I was happy to discover the wide variety of options out there now, including Xero. These fit great. Xero's website has a sizing guide that includes printouts so you can measure your feet for their shoes and there's no guesswork about what size will work for you. For this particular sandal, the only difference between women's and men's is the width. Men's are slightly wider. Perfect for my feet! Very comfortable.

Love these shoes, wear them walking, swimming, outside, inside, casual dress and sport dress.

I got these to wear around beaches and pools while travelling. Be careful around slippery surfaces. These have very poor traction. I fell on wet, slippery steps and scraped up my arm badly.
