Lovely blend
Good quality blend with amazing taste. Helps with sleep at night , definetly getting a deeper sleep. Yeah there is some stalks in it but didn't find them to be excessive... its a natural product its gonna happen. Only preference would be that there was a higher percentage of lotus in it but otherwise happy with purchase
