We love this! Makes it so easy to get the water! We've been using it for about a week now and battery is still going strong!

I've used more than a few water dispensers over the past few years from Amazon. Most of them are a similar design but have a smaller dispensing nozzles, at a smaller height. So most the time you can only fit mugs and highball glasses underneath them. This one can accommodate much taller glasses including canning jars and items of that size. The only issue I have with it is unlike the other models mine does not maintain a one-way check valve to keep the water from flowing back into the 5 gallon jug when not in use. So often times mine has to re-prime every time I go to get water. It's not the end of the world but the previous smaller models I had would keep the pump primed, this does not.Otherwise I like how tall it is, in fact for me it's a little too tall which causes a slight splashing. But I prefer it to the smaller ones where I had to remember which cups fit underneath and which didn't.The attachment for the actual water outlet is not on the top of the stand, it's on the side. This is also a change from other models where you go in at a 45° angle and then rotate to lock in the nozzle at the top of the stand. This one is pressure fit down barbed fitting on the edge of the stand. I've not had any leakage or anything like that but it does make the profile a little bit different. Overall if you're someone that uses tall or large containers for your water then this is what you want to get versus the smaller dispensers.

it will work fine if you stay dry near the button area but if your hand is wet or get your button wet, since its not water resistance, water will get inside and fry the electronics making it not work. I think its design flaw that the button is not water resistance.

This is a review for the one piece Desktop Water Dispenser Mini Countertop Water Bottle Pump.This is a nice little dispenser and the pump charges fast with the included USB C cable, you provide the wall plug. Before using the dispenser for the first time and before assembly I would suggest thoroughly washing the spout with a straw washing brush if you have one or at least rinse it and also rinse the tubing. The spout on my unit had a lot of manufacturing residue.The unit accepts containers up to about 11” in height and while you will have to be a little patient the convenience comes in not having to lift the heavy water jug into a dispenser. There are push button selections for quantities of water to be dispensed and they are nicely illuminated.If you are a gadget loving person you will be happy. This might not be for the practical, no frills sort.I hope this review was helpful! 😋

I purchased 2 of these water spouts. The first one wouldn't charge. I paid with a gift card and the price wasn't expensive didn't bother returning. The second worked for a little over a month. One day whule no one was home but my daughter (who was in shower) It turned on automatically and drained entire jug on my floor. What a mess we had. Dont buy it's junk.

I had high expectations for this product and really wanted this to be a useful tool for my everyday needs. I bought this to fill my dogs’ water bowls thus eliminating the physically demanding task of picking up 3 & 5 gallon jugs several times a day. Unfortunately, I ended up returning this product. Oh and FYI: in order to use this product with any 3 or 5 gallon jug, a jug cap is required and is NOT included with this product. Many water pump listings do not specify this crucial detail. Without a jug cap, this pump will not securely attach to the jug rendering it useless. Problem #1 for me is the slow rate of which the water dispenses. It’s so slow that it actually takes about 2.5 minutes just to fill one dog bowl halfway. Problem #2) This pump only has one button to control the functions. Now while I found this to be a great feature for easy operation, the design flaw is where it’s located. Which is directly across/a fingers breath away from the folding dispensing nozzle. In fact, the very first time I lifted the nozzle up to dispense water, my finger accidentally pressed the button in the same motion. Which automatically started dispensing water and will continue to do so for 1 full minute unless pressed again before the minute is up to stop the flow. So while it’s convenient in the sense of not having to hold the button down the entire fill duration, I ended up making a mess within seconds of setting it up. Also, the dispensing nozzle isn’t the best quality but its design does save space and keeps the tip covered when not in use. This product comes with the dispensing pump, a clear hose to draw up the water and a usb attachable charging cable (Power block not included). Hope this review helps.

The product is function but dirty and looks suspicious…won’t use it for drinking water

I have one of these that has a short spout and while I like it my larger cups won't fit under the spout making it useless except for smaller cups and bottles. When I saw this one, I was excited and rightly so. It has a longer spout that so far will accommodate all of my cups. Even the 56oz one. It has settings that will auto stop the flow when it reaches the amount chosen. I love that I can put my cups under the spout, press the button and walk away knowing that it will stop automatically. It was easy to assemble. The directions included are pretty sparce and they don't tell you what to do with the three little rubber bands that are included. I did not know what they were for until I came back to the listing and looked at the photos. I am almost through a 5-gallon jug, and it has not slowed down at all. Not sure when I will need to recharge the battery, but I am happy so far.
