Great product to improve focus.
I bought these to try because I have had various problems due to the menopause for a couple of years now. I felt unable to concentrate on jobs I needed to do and this was causing me a lot of stress. I have tried various things to help over the years and decided to try these on a recommendation from a friend. I started taking these a couple of weeks ago even though I was a bit sceptical. However, since taking them, I have really felt so much better. I have been able to focus on the most important things I need to do and get them done in time. I have been able to sleep through the night and feel refreshed during the day. This has had a really good impact on my wellbeing and happiness.

They are good, the effect is mild. I guessed you need couple of months to see the effect.

WOW - just brilliant
I have been taking these every day now for months. This is my first time ordering via Amazon, I've got them direct from the brand's website before paused.com I've made these part of my daily routine and can really feel the difference. I feel so much more productive and in control of my day as I seem to be able to concentrate for longer without getting distracted !

I feel on it!
I sometimes struggle to keep my concentration, especially when I'm working on repetitive things. I've been taking these for a month and its been a game-changer - my mind doesn't wander in the same way, I can focus and for some reason, I feel calmer and more in control.

Fantastic product that does it says on the tin, no brain fog and feel really energised.

Would recommend these, as within 7 days of starting to take these tablets I am thinking more clearly and feel so much more alert at work.

Careful ❗️
Can cause severe allergic reaction. Causes headaches, dizziness, feeling sleepy as if you are very low energy/sugar. Definitely not a brain enhancing supplement.
