Bought this as a Christmas present for my almost 14 year old son. My son is on the Spectrum and is able to navigate and learn this HP computer impressively well. It will be great for him next year when he goes to high school. Comes with Windows 11, a nice mouse and keypad. The screen is sleek and it works as expected. We are very pleased with this computer: high speed, aesthetically, and overall function of it..

I bought this in October, on Amazon Prime Days, for my motorhome....perfect size. Power up the computer when received on 10/15. Seemed to be OK. Trip was delayed and we didn't leave until 11/16. Arrived at our destination, and I turned to the computer to catch up on emails, bills, etc., etc., and to take care of some business. It doesn't work. Example: It is extremely slow to even come on, or to respond when I try to go to a webpage. When I type in "amazon", it opens an amazon page, then another, and another, then another, again and again. I took it to the repair shop today, and was told that the computer was at least 8 years old, and a piece of junk. No problem, I'll simply return it, but of course, I'm not hearing that it can't be returned after 11/15. So the Amazon bargain turned out to be a bummer.

It arrived quickly. Set up was a breeze. Very satisfied with my purchase. Pleasantly surprised it came with accessories. Corded or cordless mouse. Highly recommend purchasing.

This is a great computer! We use it mainly for streaming and normal home maintenance tasks. Its fast, holds a lot of storage and allowed us to pick up right where we left off from our last computer. Usually the keyboard that comes with a computer is trash but we actually ended up keeping and using this one. I like the way the keys tick when I type. They also feel soft to the touch... as weird as that sounds! Great find!

Received this as a gift to start working remote. After getting all the way through the start up and getting all my information in it said it was updating and would be restarting. Then a blue screen with an error code and instructions popped up. I tried all of the suggestions to fix the code, nothing worked. So I got on HP and chatted with an AI chat since it was a Sunday. The AI chat had me try 4 different ways to get the error code to go away and nothing worked. I was advised I would need to speak to a live chat on Monday and that my brand new just set up computer would need repaired and that it was still under warranty so no need to worry. This computer just came directly out of the box I don't want it repaired ALREADY. Very disappointing and the return policies for this company are ridiculous. How would I know that my brand new computer was already damaged if I didn't take it out of the box and set it up. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

To many repeating apps even when removed from computer. Constantly updating and changing set up and very frustrating to use. Did not make it a year due to it's updating and changing system set up and losing files with each one of it's "lets make things better" updates.
