So I decided to give these a try, to see if I could get a little more calming effect before going to bed. I've never heard of Bergamot before, but I'm sure I'm never heard of a few scents that other people know about. I like the concept, and they remind me of those little Vicks inhalers that you use to open up your sinus after being stuffed up. The packaging is almost the same, twist off bullet looking thing with a hole on the end that lets the scent come out. Personally I couldn't really smell whatever it is I'm supposed to be smelling. I read the directions twice to make sure there wasn't something I was missing. Maybe there was a protective layer in the tube I didn't peel off, I'm not sure and the instructions didn't say anything. I sniffed the tube for what seemed like 30 seconds each nostril, but didn't notice that instant calming feeling. I did fall asleep at night, but uhmmmm I fall asleep every night. I'll give it a couple tries and see what happens. If anything it was worth a try and I can now say I sniffed Bergamot. Which by the way, apparently it's a green orange citrus fruit.

I absolutely love the Bergamont scent! But I do wish the scent lingered longer as it does seem to go away immediately.

I ordered these because my previous portable aromatherapy inhalers had run out of scent after 6+ months of use. These are great for days when my partner's asthma is acting up and lighting a candle or starting up a diffuser is likely to have him scrabbling for his nebulizer; I can still get the benefits of aromatherapy without having to worry about triggering a severe asthma attack for him. The bergamot used in these is a little more citrusy than I'm used to, but that may be because my bergamot oil is on the old side; not being able to diffuse it in the house or use it on my wrists since moving in with my partner several years ago has been a challenge, but I'm not tossing a half-full oil bottle, either. These inhalers are fresh and make it easy to achieve that balanced positive outlook that bergamot is known for promoting.

It's Garbage. I took a chance, and lost. Terrible scent. But then again, I really shouldn't complain. The sent only lasted for a millisecond.

Remember when, on 'Star Trek: The Next Generation', Captain Picard would go to a replicator and order "Tea. Earl Grey. Hot."? Earl Grey is black tea flavoured with oil of bergamot. That fragrant oil is what gives Earl Grey its unique taste. The Captain knew how to relieve stress naturally. The package came securely wrapped. A warning clear, on the outside of the box. 'Do not insert inhaler directly into nose.' You put the opening of the inhaler to the opening of your nose, do not push in, not even a little, just let it touch. Take a deep breath through your nose, but not so deep you're trying to breath in an ocean. Once or twice per nostril, then sit back and allow the aroma to work.

As soon as I unwrapped unwrapped the plastic from the box, the smell was incredible. Opening up one of the inhalers, you smell an awesome citrusy and a little woody/fresh air scent. Bergamot is a scent I find calming and relaxing. And this product delivers. I don't know how long the scent in these three will last. But they smell quite pure and potent right now. I will definitely update if they don't continue to perform well.
