Q: what size do i need to order because my bust is 42, waist is 39 and my sleeve length is 31?

My size is around 36 bust and 37 waist. A large fit me perfect. A large might be tight around a 42 bust. It is blousy in arms and waist but has a form fitting elastic hip band. Buyers need to be careful w/ amazon clothes now. Many are made for small asian women. So when a size says large it means more like a 5 foot, hundred pound woman ;)

Q: Are the sleeves stretchy?

Yes they are. Not stretchy like a t-shirt but they do have some stretch. I have larger arms and I had no issue with the sleeves. They are semi-sheer also.

Q: Are some styles sheer sleeves or different material type? I can't quite tell.

Yes. But flimsy material and the color is more wine magenta than the vibrant purple shown. Not as good as expected.Not as "fitted" a look as shown either. The sleeves are especially disappointing.

Q: The color described as beige looks peach. Is this a peach color?

Yes, definitely a soft peachy color more than beige. I am happy with mine
