I received this product melted. If I can give it a zero Star I would.

The chocolate is very good. The taste is amazing.

First of all let me say that I have been ordering this company’s products for a couple months now and the quality of the chocolate is second to none. They make an effort to ethically source their Cacao because the industry can be extremely predatory in the developing countries that produce raw cacao. So you can trust zero slave labor was used in the production of these products. Secondly, I recently had an issue where, because of the heat, my chocolate was completely melted when it reached me. The fevers were fused into a single unrecognizable mass. Like a chocolate bar left on your car seat in the summer. By the time the package made it to me the ice was completely melted and useless. I contacted customer service through the app and their response was immediate and thorough. The first thing they did was send me a new order and overnighted it. Fed Ex made a mistake and it didn’t reach me because the overnight needed a signature and they must have come while I was away. This caused the delivery to take 4 days. In fact I never received it and Valrhona opened a dispute with Fed Ex. They then overnighted me another order and made sure to remove the signature requirement. I got it the next day and the ice pack still had chunks of frozen ice in it. They stayed in constant contact with me. Never made me feel like it was my fault and were absolutely amazing!!! Honestly I wish there were 5 more stars so I could rate them 10*!!! Overall I have to say their Customer Service is as high quality as their products… and that’s saying something!!! Now, if I could just get them to train my cable and cell phone company’s customer service departments… Well Done Valrhona and Thank you again

Had a chocolate sauce in France last week. It was so creamy and the taste was exquisite….not too sweet. Just perfect. When asked his secret the chef said “Valrhona chocolate. Thank you Amazon for saving me a trip to France immediately after my return.

I started making chocolates a few years ago. I only make them for Christmas. I Only wanted the best chocolate for the things that I hand out to family and friends. Even before I melted this down to make treats out of it, I tasted it and almost didn't want to ruin it by changing it. Amazing Chocolate!
