Very good.
Fully charged on receipt (12.8 v) I bought it to set up a new satnav / dashcam. With the right connectors I could mess around all day in my living room getting things just right. A good power bank for usb powered stuff.

Excellent battery
Although I ordered the NP7-12, I was sent the NP9-12. It's not a problem, it still suits my needs... The battery was bought to power some extra electrical items I planned to install in my car and wanted to control independently of the main battery. It fits perfectly under any of the seats and is held firmly in place with Velcro straps. It arrived fully charged and works like a charm, happily powering everything I need.

Disappointing
Disappointing. Bought it for a cordless Flymo strimmer. Did not hold charge. Returned the item at a cost of £7.83 which has NOT been refunded. Very POOR service. Will not be buying again

I hadn't used this particular make before but I was driven by cost it turned out to be well made and performs very well.
