Since my husband went through chemotherapy & radiation therapy he no longer can handle spicey foods! It took a couple of years for him to work up to being able to handle ketchup without it burning his mouth! His diet was pretty bland! It was hard trying to come up with different recipe ideas and snacks! One day I was trying to find a way to make him chicken fajitas that had flavor without the spice but still had taste! I decided to try the Red Cactus Mild Salsa, yeeeeeah! He loved it and so do I! Shortly after we discovered it at our local Publix, Publix stopped carrying it!😡 So I have been searching for 2 years to find it again! I love to cook but I struggle now trying to keep our dinners from becoming boring & predictable! So needless to say, I am very happy and excited to have found a yummy tasting salsa that doesn't burn my husbands mouth! Try it over chicken too! I'm really hoping they don't stop selling this! 🤩😛

I first got this from my local Publix. For some reason they no longer carry it. So happy to see it on Amazon. I cannot stand all the heat in most salsas. I do not like my food to cause me pain,,,

Love this salsa. Just perfect with eggs, nachos, tacos, taco salad. It is delicious

We don't care for "spicy hot" salsa. This has a very mild a sweet flavor. We use it not only for dipping but also to add an extra flavor to scrambled eggs and even our homemade spaghetti sauce.
