Works well. Been using for a few years now. This is definitely the best flavour and freshness lasts too (freshness usually goes within half hour with other brands). There's another one of this range (think it's green/blue) where you tip a sachet in to mix it up when you get it - doesn't taste as nice and freshness doesn't last as long. The pink whitener one doesn't have great flavour either. Didn't notice any whitening effect from it. This blue one is definitely the nicest of the lot. Definitely gives me more confidence now. A non astrigent liquid that does not stain teeth, and leaves a nice taste in the mouth for some hours. I feel using as a twice daily rinse is keeping my teeth and gums healthy after brushing and flossing.

Halitosis is something I have always suffered from so mouth washes, and their effectiveness is something I am well versed in having tried many brands. Several years back I settled on Ultra Dex as I found it one of the most effective and pleasant tasting brands out there. At the time you had the option to add a minty sachet or leave the solution flavourless. My personal preference was to add the mint flavour which was very pleasant. Sadly, Ultra Dex have now removed the sachet and have separated the products so the mint comes preadded. I recently bought 6 of the minty version and I now regret it. Although I have no reason to suspect the product is less effective at fighting bad breath, its 'mint' flavouring is now overpowering and quite unpleasant. It's just too strong and has an unpleasant after taste. A classic case of trying to fix something that wasn't broken. I've noticed that in addition, the new bottle seal breaks off only to leave sharp spikes which are very abrasive if you accidently rub them on your skin like I did. I will once again go in search of a different brand to use as the 'flavourless' option is not for me. Of course, this is just opinion, if you like super strong minty flavours that have an unnatural (almost like artificial sweeteners) taste to them, you might like this product.
